For Monthly payment subscribers, the last payment processed will be refunded. Please email us and we will help you.
For annual subscribers, please email us before 60 days with your intension to cancel. We will close your account and refund your money.
Each account is for one user (kid). If we determine that a single account is being used by multiple users, we will notify you and cancel your subscription. No refund will be given.
